In Lieu of Valentine's Day

I have to be honest. I have never been one of those people who love to get flowers or jewelry, chocolate maybe, but now that I am trying to be good I don't need the chocolate either!!! Dewey is torn at my opinion because he thinks I don't mean it, and that if he doesn't bring me flowers or jewelry he'll be in the dog house. If he were to get me a fruit bowl, or seeds to plant our own flowers and garden it may be different, but flowers wither and die and I only wear jewelry occasionally. I love just having him home and snuggling up to watch a movie or going for a nice long walk just the two of us! Those things mean so much more to me that flowers and jewelry!!
